@ Process@ Special Commissioned Work: Ceiling Painting of Porcelain Museum in Japan in 1987 Japanese Porcelain Museum at HUIS TEN BOSCH is located in Nagasaki, Japan. The entire Museum was replicated the famous Porcelain Museum at Charlottenburg Palace in Berlin. Just like the original Museum in Berlin, the interior of Japanese Porcelain Museum is also decorated with more than 3,000 pieces of magnificent porcelain and the ceiling paintings. HUIS TEN BOSCH Company commissioned me to paint the ceiling of the Japanese Porcelain Museum with replicating the original design.@@@ Including preparation time, they gave me only four months to work on. It was close to impossible but I successfully finished the job in time. Finished size: approximately 9 meters x 7 meters Main painting materials: Acrylics on plaster panels |
